Copyright and DMCA notices

If a game on Zaisma uses your work without permission, send us a notice and players won't be able to open it until it's fixed.

What to include

  1. Your name, address, phone number and email.
  2. The work you own, and the Zaisma link where it's being used.
  3. A statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized by you, your agent or the law.
  4. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you're the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Where to send it

Email dmca@zaisma.com.

Designated agent details will be listed here once Zaisma's DMCA agent registration is complete.

What happens next

We hide the game from players and tell its developer what your notice names. We pass your notice on to them, with your name and email. Once they publish a version without your work, we check it and show the game again. Nothing is deleted.

Counter-notices

If your game was hidden by mistake, or you may use the work, email the same address with a counter-notice:

  1. Your name, address, phone number and email.
  2. The game's Zaisma link and what the notice named.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith it was hidden by mistake or because the work was misidentified.
  4. Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address (or, outside the US, any court where Zaisma may be found), and that you'll accept service from the person who sent the notice.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

We pass it on to the person who sent the notice, with your name and address. After 10 working days the game is back, unless they tell us they've gone to court.
